That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

If for any reason the item isn’t right for you, you can request a return within this period.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be in the same condition as received
  • be unused
  • be in its original packaging

Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible and we will make sure to resolve the issue!

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Discounted items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, you can return the original one (if eligible) and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Please note that, for hygiene reasons, this only applies to items that are unused and in their original condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
