We currently ship to:

• Mainland Portugal and Islands (Madeira & Azores)
• European Union
• Switzerland
• Canary Islands

Processing Times

All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays:

• Preparation time: 1–2 business days
• Orders placed before 14:00 are usually shipped the same day

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to logistical conditions.

Shipping Costs

* Orders shipped to Switzerland and the Canary Islands may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, local taxes, and clearance/handling fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with:

• Your tracking number
• A real-time tracking link

You can also track your order through your customer account.

Delays & Shipping Issues

While we do our best to meet delivery times, delays may occasionally occur. If you experience any issues:

Incorrect or Undeliverable Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or prolonged absence:

• Reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility

In-store pickup is available at our Porto location:

• Free of charge
• Ready within up to 24 business hours
